RUSA LGBT will join protest rallies on Sunday, September 27 and Monday September 28th. Join us!

This is Putin’s first visit to UN in 10 years. He comes here with the message of peace for Syria. Putin-the-peace-maker. Putin will be silent about making LGBTQ people into 2nd class citizens, squashing the free press and practically eliminating opposition. Putin will not be talking about the war in Ukraine, devastation of Georgia, annexation of Crimea, war crimes in Chechnya.

Hundreds of LGBTQ asylum seekers fled Russia escaping persecution. Millions LGBTQ still live in Russia. Every day they live in fear just because of who they are.

We will be at UN to tell the world that Putin’s policies kill.
